Welcome to HowFaa AI Studio ("HowFaa", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by OneSign Concept Limited. HowFaa is an AI-powered film production platform built for African and international creators, providing automated end-to-end tooling across story writing, character design, scene direction, image generation, animation, voice performance, sound design, dialogue sync, editing, and publishing.

By creating an account, accessing our studio floor, or utilizing our APIs, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use HowFaa AI Studio.

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to establish an account.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all production activities, generation credits consumed, and exports generated under your account.

3. Workspace Access: Multi-seat studio workspaces must ensure all invited collaborators comply with these Terms.

1. Creator Inputs: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any scripts, character descriptions, reference images, audio samples, and story bibles you upload to HowFaa ("User Inputs").

2. AI-Generated Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, you own all rights, title, and commercial interests in the completed films, visual shots, animated clips, voiceovers, soundtracks, and edited masters generated for you through the platform ("Outputs").

3. Commercial Exploitation: Paid subscribers (Starter, Pro, and Studio tiers) possess unrestricted worldwide commercial release and distribution rights to their Outputs across cinema, streaming (e.g. YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video), social media (TikTok, Instagram), and broadcast networks.

4. Platform Service License: You grant HowFaa a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license strictly to host, process, cache, and transmit your Inputs and Outputs as necessary to deliver the production services to you. We do not sell your scripts, characters, or proprietary films to third parties, nor do we train public foundational models on your private creative IP without explicit consent.

HowFaa offers state-of-the-art voice performance and character visual identity generation. To protect talent integrity and legal compliance:

1. Consent Requirement: You warrant that you have obtained all necessary written authorizations, releases, and licenses from any real person whose voice, name, image, or likeness is uploaded, cloned, or simulated within your project.

2. Deceased Persons: You may not simulate or clone the voice or likeness of any deceased public figure or private individual without verifiable authorization from their legal estate.

3. Misleading Impersonation: You must not generate or disseminate synthetic media intended to deceive the public regarding news events, elections, or fraudulent financial schemes.

You agree not to use HowFaa AI Studio to generate, store, or distribute content that:

  • Depicts non-consensual sexual content, explicit exploitation of minors, or harassment.
  • Promotes violent extremism, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
  • Infringes upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets.
  • Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically attack HowFaa orchestration engines, workers, or API endpoints.

Violation of these standards results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of active wallet credits, and referral to relevant legal authorities where warranted.

1. Plans & Allowances: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule according to the selected tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Studio). Included monthly asset allowances (generation quotas) reset at each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly specified.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Wallet: Studio accounts may fund wallet balances to unlock high-capacity generation beyond tier quotas. Wallet deductions reflect exact unit costs for compute, voice characters, and high-resolution rendering.

3. Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the Studio billing console. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Digital generation compute delivered is non-refundable once successfully processed by worker clusters.

1. HowFaa orchestrates a resilient multi-provider AI matrix including dedicated neural clusters and partner APIs. While we target 99.9% platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted execution during scheduled maintenance or upstream partner outages.

2. We continuously optimize model checkpoints and rendering pipelines. While we strive to preserve visual continuity across episodes through the Series Bible engine, subtle variations inherent to generative neural networks may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSign Concept Limited, its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, production delays, or loss of film distribution deals arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith executive negotiation, followed by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria under the Arbitration and Mediation Act.
